Community Access
We believe that one of the most important aspects of living your better life, is becoming an active member of our greater community. Community Access allows participants to engage with a range of tasks that they need assistance to complete. From shopping to appointments. Group Activities
This area is currently under development. We envisage offering a range of activities to groups of people that have a common interest. This gives you the opportunity to meet new people in a social, fun, environment while being supported. It will give you the chance to explore new hobbies in a safe, supported setting, with other participants that are Living their better lives. House Cleaning
We understand that house cleaning can be challenging for our participants. Engaging Pathways to assist you in the home with your house cleaning tasks will give you the freedom to live your better life. Home & Yard Maintenance
Complementing our range of services our dedicated independent Home and Yard Specialist will have your property looking amazing. They will assess your yard and work out what is needed for the duration of your plan, or just as a once off backyard blitz. They work their magic while your go and live your better life. Big Event Group Outings
We are scouting Big Events to offer as fully supported activities. Events will be offered in advance to our clientele base. Here you can get out into the community and go and see that band, enjoy a stage show, frolic in a festival or enjoy a day trip to a Zoo. Whilst your supports will be covered under the NDIS you will only be out of pocket for the ticketed price. Pathways will endeavor to get discounted rates where possible. Respite
Respite is how we help your family have a mini break, whilst knowing their loved one is being taken care of. Here at Pathways we are trying to reinvent Respite to give the client an experience they will never forget. Through away the stress and come experience this all-inclusive service with professional independent support workers. We can cater for 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 ratios where available.
