Winchester Farm
We are based on 5 acres in Northern NSW on the border of NSW and QLD. We have four horses all very different in size and personalities. We also have our two cows, Salt and Pepper as well as our dogs Maggie and Minka. Most of our animals have been rescued for various reasons.
I have created this unique sanctuary to assist people to build connections, encourage social skills, improve self-esteem and develop practical skills in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our programs are participant dependent. We design the sessions on the needs and wants of the participant to ensure they get the most out of their experience and achieve their individual goals.

Hastings Cove Waterfront Holiday Apartments
Hastings Cove Waterfront Holiday Apartments are situated on the corner of Tweed Coast Road and Creek Street, Hastings Point, NSW, Australia. Being located only 20 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport and 25 minutes from the beautiful iconic Byron Bay, plus an easy 40 minute drive to all Gold Coast Theme Parks and attractions, makes for an ideal base to enjoy Northern NSW and South East Queensland’s treasures. We feel we have the best of both worlds as it is so quiet and peaceful here yet so close to anything your heart desires.
With direct access to the Estuary and access to the beach across the road from our resort, our convenience to water is unmatched. Perfect spot for all types of water sports, fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking & safe swimming for the little ones. The Hastings Point headland is a fantastic spot for whale watching (in season) and watching dolphins play, or just enjoying a picnic and the view.
We are a resort style complex built around a tropical swimming pool and large undercover barbeque area.
Our spacious air conditioned 2 bedroom apartments are fully self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities in every apartment. Included within are a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 singles in the second bedroom (which may be pushed together to form a queen) and most have a sofa lounge in the living area to sleep up to six. Linen is provided.
Simplify OT
Simplify OT is a mobile Occupational Therapy service providing therapy to NDIS participants on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. I have extensive experience working with children and adults of varying conditions and abilities in the public health system and in the community. I have a special interest in persistent pain, neuro rehabilitation and mental health. Simplify OT understands that a persons goals and performance change as the person changes and it is my priority to support participants long-term. I strive to address their needs and ensure they are supported at each stage of their journey by always providing a client-centred approach to therapy.
